Meets The Field
Construction Administration begins before ground breaks. Through bidding and award, the firm helps evaluate bidder qualifications, issues addenda and clarifications, and assists the bid evaluations, then sets the preconstruction ground rules for communication, testing, and observation.
Once the field is live, the rhythm is steady: submittals reviewed, site visits made and reported, testing and inspection reports acted on, and monthly payment applications checked against completed work. Comments from the building department and peer reviewers are answered by the engineers who made the design decisions.
The team that drew the set stays with it to the end.
Nothing gets lost between designer and field, because they are the same people. From the first addendum to the last payment application, questions land on the desks where the answers were made.
